Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, affectionately known as True Mother, offered a prayer and gave the main address at the Family Festival and Peace Blessing held at the Tirana Palace of Congresses in Albania on October 27, 2019,
True Mother’s Prayer
Heavenly Parent, we are thankful and truly grateful. Heavenly Parent, we know how much You have looked forward to this day. Today twelve thousand representative couples have been reborn through the Blessing as Your children.
Thank You for blessing and being with the twelve thousand couples who have gathered here. When we look at the history of Albania, one of the countries in the Balkan region, we know that they have gone through terrible times. God, please watch over this country. Through Your embrace, they can become a Heavenly Albania that attends You, Heavenly Parent.
Blessed families that can open a new era were born today. At this time, through these children who received the Blessing, we want to relinquish the resentments of their ancestors who perished unjustly. I know that You will do Your best in the spirit world and on earth to accomplish Your providence. Thank You so much, Heavenly Parent!
How long did You wait for this day to come? Now, through these blessed families, may Albania be remembered not as a Balkan nation with a miserable past, but instead, may they stand as a Heavenly Albania, one with God, at the center of the world.
Furthermore, thank You for granting them the grace and ability to expand Your providence. Please remember, the government, the religious community, and the citizens of this country can now become citizens of Cheon Il Guk, as Heavenly Parent desires.
Today God is looking at this Blessing and the citizens of this country with hope for the future. He is eager to see how they will move forward. Heavenly Parent, please be with Heavenly Albania as they embark on the path of chosen families. Heavenly Parent, please remember and bless them all.

True Mother’s Main Address
Congratulations to all who received the Blessing today. You are all chosen families, free of ties to the fallen world, who can bring forth Heavenly Parent’s dream.
Yesterday I proclaimed in front of Heaven that you have become a Heavenly Albania that attends the Heavenly Parent. May all the nations in the Balkan region become one with Heavenly Albania. I will guide and teach you how to create a peaceful and prosperous world that you long for.
Today we had the groundbreaking ceremony to build the Cheon Il Guk Embassy. The countries on the Balkan Peninsula can unite as one through the Interreligious Association for Peace and Development (IAPD), the International Summit Council for Peace (ISCP) and the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace (IAPP). This Embassy of Cheon Il Guk will demonstrate and teach future generations how to create a peaceful world.
The nations of the Balkan Peninsula should look out to the world. Do not lament over not yet becoming a member of the European Union. In the past, the Balkan Peninsula was the gateway to Asia. Balkan nations can enjoy freedom; however, in order to be truly free, the Balkan people must stay strong.
Now that you have become a new Heavenly Albania attending Heavenly Parent, I hope that you, the people of Albania, will live not just for yourselves but live for the sake of others, practicing true love. If you can lead by example and influence the other nations on the Balkan Peninsula, you can unite as one.
The world is wide. I hope that you can follow God’s providence and become one with the Only Begotten Daughter, True Mother. May Heavenly Albania become pioneers leading the world.
I would like to appoint the former president of Albania, Alfred Spiro Moisiu, as the chair of the steering committee to unite the Balkan nations. I want to donate funds to help unite the nations of the Balkan Peninsula.
Victory Celebration in Heavenly Albania

Our first and second-generation youth are the leaders of the future. It is so lovely to see that they are growing up healthy. I am very happy. It reminds me of a verse in the Bible, Matthew 7:7 [Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.]
Ask! If you ask, what will happen? It will be given to you. Seek! and you will find. Knock! and the door will be opened to you. I believe this is the correct Bible verse for Europe today. Because God exists, there will be no more dictators in the future as there were in the past.
True Parents have given the Blessing all around the world, creating blessed families in around 192 nations. When [their work] takes root, the realization of humanity’s dream, Heavenly Parent’s dream—Heaven on Earth—will come about. Blessed families, can we create Heaven on Earth with our hands or not? We can certainly succeed with a Heavenly Balkan Peninsula centered on Heavenly Parent.
