Q: How do I sign up for Godible?
A: There are two ways to sign up for Godible: through text or through our online registration form.
To sign up via text, please text "Godible" to 33444.
To sign up online, please visit godible.org and click on the "Sign Up" button.
Both options will lead you to fill out an online registration form. In the form you will be asked to create a Godible account.
Please use only one of these options to keep your registration clear and streamlined.
*Please note: Godible users outside of the United States may incur additional fees for the text message service. Please contact your cell phone carrier to confirm if you will be charged an additional fee for the service. The text messages are an optional feature and you can opt out of receiving the texts at anytime by Updating Your Preferences.
Q: How can I change my delivery preferences? E.g., time of delivery, opting in or out of texts?
A: You can update your Godible delivery preferences at any time via this form: Updating Your Preferences.
Q: What do I do if I want to change my phone number or email?
A: You can easily change the phone number on your Godible account by filling out this form: Updating Your Preferences.
Changing emails is more complicated. Every Godible account is tied to a specific email, so you will need to create a new account if you want to change your email.
If you would like to create a new account, please visit godible.org to sign up again with your preferred email. You can close your original account here: Unsubscribe.
Q: I signed up for Godible. Why am I not receiving the emails and/or the texts?
A: If you signed up for Godible but never received either the emails or the text messages, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to look into the status of your Godible account.
If you have stopped receiving the emails, please double check your spam folder. It may be that you need to add the Godible email address to your contacts to prevent the emails from being directed to spam. If all emails have stopped, however, please contact our support team.
If you have stopped receiving the text messages but are still receiving the emails, your cell phone carrier may be filtering out the Godible text messages.
Because of the high volume of text messages being sent to our subscribers, we have been experiencing delivery issues with certain mobile carriers. AT&T and T-Mobile seem to be especially affected, but other carriers may also miss one or more text messages.
We are sorry for this issue and are currently working on finding the best technical solution to the problem.

Q: When I click through the links, the blog post comes up but the audio file doesn't. What's happening?
A: Some browsers are more suited to playing Godible than others. If the browser you are currently using doesn't seem to be loading the Godible audio files, you may need to try out another browser like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Q: Will future Godible episodes feature other books?
A: Yes! It is our hope that the True Mother, Hak Ja Han Moon: An Anthology series will be the first of many projects conveying True Parents' words in audio format.
