So having said that, let's talk about leadership. What is a good leader? What do you expect from a leader? You want a leader to be responsible. You want a leader to lead the way, to show you the vision, right? The vision. Okay. Now, he is not going to sit back and tell you what to do. No, no. Going to lead the way, going to be responsible. Stand in front, do or die. It's important. If it is that important, that is what you are going to do. Nothing less. That's what you expect from a leader.

Any monkey can tell people to do stuff that is seemingly right, right? Given the authority, position, and power. But are you willing to be responsible? Do you lead through your leadership that you put so many people in misery that you will show them the way, in the end, that their misery is not forsaken?

You want people to be sincere, don't you? You want me to mean what I say to you, don't you? You want me to be responsible for what I say to you. If I say that stuff, okay and you blame me, then I say I am sorry, I will take what is coming. That's about it. But that is being sincere, you know what I'm saying? That is sincerity.

I know what I am. I know what you are. And if I am in a position of leadership, I am going to do that first. If for whatever reason, if I failed, well, guess what? Then the next time it all comes around it's a little heavier than last time. Then deal with it. Deal with your object, how's that?

Dedication. What do you believe in? Stupid stuff in the stupid world. The whole country goes crazy just to hear that stuff' You have to have some kind of dedication. Otherwise, you are not sincere. See? If you have no dedication, you have no sincerity. And in the end, you are not going to be responsible. I know you. Because you are that kind of people. Because you really do not care about anything else but yourself. That's about it. Only then can you start to see compassion.

I know what I'm going for. I'm not as lost as that guy. Maybe you and I can help that person. Might as well, right? You only live once. You are going to die for something. Why not? Hey, do a good deed a day. You live 100 years and do 5,000 deeds or something like that. I would do a week, 5,000, but if you do one every day, 36,500. Hey, you get my point. That is not important. You get my drift.

But you have to count up that stuff because that is what remains. Sure. It is like you going to school and you are getting graded so you can get a better job for yourself. That's about it, kids. You understand me? No, no, no, there are kids here. I'm not talking to old folks here.

That is how I really cursed it out anyway. I am trying to make up. Because every time I go away, I get loaded with stuff that just boggles my mind. If you want to do it right, you have to do it right. That is you. You deal with yourself. It's you, you see this problem and you are supposed to look at it not just based on your reality but blah, blah. Crazy world, eh? Hey, that is just crazy stuff. That's wonderful.

I know you want to be my brother. And that is where it should start. And screw everything else. Let somebody else count the clock and measure the points and measure the crap and whatnot. I do not care. Fellowship. That's important. Cannot do it alone. Too big of a problem that we have to handle, that we have to tackle. And when we know we cannot handle it, propriety to me is just superficiality. Who understands propriety? It is not present. And I do not like to be played. I do not like to be mocked. Do not make me look like an idiot by my desire because of formality.

Look, I understand the necessity of formality. It is absolutely important. Why? Because it creates a shell, boundaries. Sure. But you can't, just because we choose whether we choose the shell or what is real inside, I'm thinking how I should choose in that kind of scenario? You have to understand your limit, you have to understand who you are and try to work within, and then from there work out towards the shell so you don't become wrinkled.

You know, you have to have a simple illustration. Let's split (draws a horizontal line) that pie, with the vertical (draws a vertical line that crosses the horizontal line). You know, God lives there (draws a horizontal line with his hands) and this is some kind of a wave (draws a wave).

If you can understand the misery of God, in a wave form, you will be a great man and a woman. I'm telling you. But let me just for the sake of this argument let's just use the vertical stuff (draws a vertical line) as an indicator for the sake of our, this little story. This is a sphere (draws a circle with his hands). But if you are up there (pointing to the top point of the circle,)that thing is very small. These ups and downs are very, very small. It's too insignificant to understand God's reality of up and down. Do you understand me?

It is not going to happen. Trust me. That is too unreal. It will not last and I just hope because of, let me just put it this way, I do not want anybody to get hurt. I do not want anybody to be made. I do not want anybody to be going to jail for stupid things, other than that, you do what you do.

If you know what you are doing and you know what you did is stupid and you go to jail, all right, that's what happens in the real world, right? You get over it, right? You do your time and you move on, you get over it and try to make the better of it, right? But when you do not know it, it can really, really hurt you. You know what I'm saying?

How long can you persevere? Perseverance. We are talking about common sense here. Universal values that we all understand regardless of crap, you understand me? We have to be somebody and be right, not in your choosing, but in judgment.

Do you fear the judgment? I do. That is why I'm trying to live the best I can so I do not fear it. I know it is coming. Take it or leave it. What you see is what you get. And if I deserve it, well, I deserve it. That's about it. I can accept that. How long will it take? As long as it takes. But I know it's going to end one day.

But that is the worst case scenario. We all have a best case scenario, too. But I am a kind of guy who kind of—I think I was a very optimistic kid, child, but I became a very, well the kind of guy you see now. I don't know what that is. Your definition is good. That's about it. I will accept it, no matter what.

Judge me all you want. Define it. I will take it. And then you? That's what I am. And I'm going to try to be better. That is all I can do, right? If I am going to do this, folks, then be here, and fill the shoes on this platform, that is what I am going to do. That's about it.

I really don't give a damn what you think about me today. Let's see what I can give you tomorrow when you allow me that chance. That's about it. So be it. If something moves me, I will do it for the rest of my life. How is that? I do not think I can live tomorrow. Whatever it takes, I know I want to make the best of it. I know I want to give the best of me. That's about it. Do you have any idea how difficult being a leader is? Anyway.

Lastly, I want to say to you, you have to be honest. These days, people say empty crap trying to get ahead. What you see is what you get. That's how you learn. I'll see you next week.
